You can purchase tickets for Musicport through our website or at designated ticket outlets. Stay tuned for announcements regarding ticket sales

Yes, Musicport offers activities and entertainment suitable for attendees of all ages
Can I bring my own food and drinks to Musicport?
Outside food and drinks may not be permitted at Musicport. However, we offer a wide range of food and beverage options onsite to satisfy your cravings
Are pets allowed at Musicport?
With the exception of service animals, pets are generally not allowed inside the venue at Musicport due to safety reasons
Is there parking available at Musicport?
Parking at the venue is very limited. Many guesthouses will offer you scratchcards for parking on the roads nearby (50p per day currently), or the venue has its own car parks and there is also West Cliff car park just over the road, – these charge £9 for 24 hours, and multi-day permits can be bought either in person from the Tourist Information Centre (now moved to The Harbour Office, Langborne Rd, Whitby YO21 1YN) or by phone in advance (01723 383636). Parking charges apply 9.00am-6.00pm
What should I do if I lost an item at Musicport?
– Lost and found services will be available onsite during Musicport. If you lose an item, please visit the designated lost and found area or contact musicportfestivaluk@gmail.com for assistance
Is there an ATM available at Musicport?
No, the nearest ATM is a 5-10minute walk from the venue. We recommend bringing cash as some vendors may not be able to accept card payments
Are there accommodations nearby for Musicport?

Are there designated smoking areas at Musicport?
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Smoking is allowed outside the venue, but we ask you to be respectful of other attendees and please use the ashtrays / bins provided
Is there accessible seating for individuals with disabilities at Musicport?
Yes, we strive to make Musicport accessible to all attendees. Please contact us in advance to arrange for accessible seating or accommodations
Are there lockers available onsite at Musicport?
Unfortunately we have no provision for secure storage of attendees personal items
Can I leave and re-enter Musicport once I’ve entered?
Yes, once you have received your wristband you may come and go as you please for the duration of your ticket type (day / weekend ticket)
